My 6 month old baby fell off the bed when I was working and died in January. I’m a single mom of two who works from home. It has been challenging for me to process this and make sense of understanding this tragic accident with the love of my life. Thank you for helping me get through this Teal. You are a gift to my life.

@@MRSMakeupBag I know. It was heart crushing. Yes there was a little bit of room between the iron head board area and the wall. She crawled toward the wall and fell off and got wedged between the wall and the head board. She died due to blocked airway. Thank you for your empathy. It’s been very difficult.

@@cryptointegrations9854 my heart is literally aching right now for you.
I don't know if this might help but in the past when I have been devastated by loss I have reminded myself of my beliefs. That I believe that we decide before we come here. We choose our parents and our lessons and we choose when we will exit. at least it is what I believe. and because of this belief I try to remind myself that its not up to me to judge when and how sovereign souls have decided is their path out. You might have different beliefs or faith but hopefully they can give you comfort as well💛.

Teal heals herself with these videos. This is how she exposes herself to her traumas, and integrates them. She validates her healing and coping mechanisms via feedback from us, and hearing herself speak it. So amazing.

i do not understand why the suffering processes should necessarily take place for the future. i.e. I had to move out of a room at work because my colleague said he didn't want to share the room with me any longer. ok. that was hurtful, offensive, shocking and made me sad.....so where is the paincreatin suffering process?????? it wa just someone not being nice and rejecting me. .. why??? and i still feel depressed

You can gain from suffering using this process the same way you gained spiritual experience. By finding the how of your suffering and then asking why you then know the changes to make because you now know your suffering. By knowing your suffering more intimately you then choose the opposite of how you suffered. The opposite of how you suffered would then be joy.

+sophia fernsler I definitely feel that the sort of person who seeks understanding and learning points from their suffering is not the sort of person this video is referring to.
this is more about escaping suffering through objectivity for people so consumed by their suffering that they have become completely stagnant and/or feel hopeless

Lockdown I love that concept. if I want to become this way, and I believe I need to, how can I make this possible, when I am depended on by a severely autistic 18 yr old son, an elderly father, being myself a single parent, and working full time mon-fri? can I continue to live this life that I am living and yet evolve spiritually in this way?

Lauv Mungar I really don't know how to thank you enough. So then for me to have these multiple hardships for a huge majority of my life was a way of a calling all this time for a spiritual awakening in which I completely blocked out. If I would have listened to the call which was most probably, a scream, to wake up, I would have been more evolved by now. I will gradual steps to get to where I should be, and I will take your kind and helpful advice. I appreciate your suggestions and will definitely look into them. Thank you.

I once had a therapist that said, whenever you're upset, sad, etc... just do the opposite of whatever you're doing. if you're not smiling, smile. if you're still, move around. etc.
now two months later... i definitely appreciate her plain language solution. 3 words, do the opposite. "it irritates me that it works, but it works" she said

I'm only 6 plus minutes in, and am finding this video absolutely incredible, unbelievably amazing, and 1000% aligned with what I am experiencing in my life in this moment....for I am and have been experiencing others around me, (family members), somewhat trapped in this 'dis-identification' Teal is mentioning, seeing things through a telescope, a one dimension reality, so to speak, making it very difficult for me to interact with them, for its as if they live with tunnel vision, and see no other reality, whatsoever....for if I don't interact with them in their one dimensional reality, there is no interaction with them whatsoever.....so I have pulled back, become the observer, and observing their one dimensional reality, and see it as it is....and simply allow it to be...knowing that it truly is what it is.....
You can observe life in this way, in general, I have come to realize, that many things going on around us, are rooted in groups of 'consciousness' or really 'unconsciousness', a one dimensional reality, like say the media...or certain religious groups, like ISIS, or any other extremist group, even governments, to a degree...for I believe, Teal has truly hit the nail on the head here, for the suffering that is going on within you, is the same, as the suffering we are witness to in the world around us...for what we see as 'acting out' in our society, is most likely rooted in that 'one dimensional' perspective, that truly needs to step back, take a look at, and observe, their own 'one dimensional' perspective....
...forgetting perhaps, that they themselves are source energy from within themselves...that which is love....

This is a very helpful talk, full of insight about suffering. It explains how to use your pain of suffering to snap you out of your suffering. Then, by stepping back, looking objectively at your process by pulling your consciousness out of it and looking at the pattern/process. Then you can look at how that process works and the purpose of that and how it works within you personally. Develop this level of awareness which shows us how we have stepped out of the moment of now to create the visualization of what we are perceiving. This allows us to see how this is causing our suffering by analyzing the why/how this occurs and what purpose it serves to create our suffering. I am learning so much from watching your videos, again and again. Wow! Thank you for your work and insight, Teal!

I realized for me the reason I constantly think about the worst case scenario and try to avoid it is because I'm still living from that state of trauma from when I was little and was blind sided by someone that abused me. From that point on I had to be hyper aware of my surroundings. It's like soldiers that come back from war with PTSD. It's good to pay attention but spending your time thinking of every worst case scenario in order to avoid getting hurt just takes you away from life. Our minds are powerful and what ever we are spending our time thinking about is creating your reality and our life. So I'm starting to pay more attention to appreciating what is around me at the moment and trusting that I will have what I want in every moment. I don't have to worry about the future and the past is already gone. It's more believing that life will be ok no matter what. It's hard to let go of what we fear but why hold on to it. I started to think of worry and fear like hot coals. You wouldn't hold on to a hot piece of coal.
Teal I love you videos btw. They have helped me a ton. Thank you!

this is so differently explained but I love everything that explains this true objectivity in our own existence being that step backwards.
with physical pain too, the point it becomes overwhelming for me is when I'm in a situation that mirrors a previous bad experience. I DO lose touch with the exact intensity of my pain because I'm absorbed in the previous traumatic memory and the emotional response to that memory- not the true present moment. so you step back beyond your physical self to 'view' the process.
it has taken a long time, but I can finally see the point mindful body scan meditation during a pain crisis. I always thought it stupid to focus on the physical body and the pain instead of using distraction techniques: but it is because need to eliminate what is emotional, memory based, or an anxiety trigger that is skewing your perception.
step back, view the process, actively chose to come back to thid exact physical moment, gain mental control and remember "it is just pain"
but it is so hard to do in the moment of crisis~ hindsight is a wonderful thing. it just takes a long time for these practices to become automatic habit.

This is a great video! A lot to take in, though, it would be better in small portions, but all and all it is definitely a life changing talk. Lots of love x

This is why knowledge is power people | For example the fear of the dark is actually fear of the abscense of light which brings clarity, this is whyliterally all children are primarily afraid of the dark. Remember only the things we are unconscious of bring us severe suffering. Brilliant teal once again.

Hey Teal. It's amazing how you know so much. I've just started to develop this kind of understanding with my suffering. I couldn't articulate it the way you do though 😉
