Right buddy....i felt very low power experience while going to Dhanoulti hilli area with my wife.. during up hill it has low torque but down it was good though clutch plate was in good state.....i will try your formula ... will get rid of this so call TPS... which has nothing to do with carburettor Electra...

tps iss liye diya jata hai kiun ki low aur idle speed main coils ko jada current nahi chahiye , kiun ki mixture aasani sai jal jata hain , low n idle rpm main coils ko jada current milne se back marna, coils jol jana, jesi problem ho jata hai, tps ko is tarah setting kijiye 1/3 round pe voltage 0.00 ho jaye

Tps ek switch nahi hai. Ye ek potentio mitre hai or variable resistance hai. Jo spark plug ignition coilko jayada current provide karta agar speed jada ho to. Ese better ignition hota. Ya bykeke liya bahut jaruri hai. Beside this ya ignition timeko control karta taki better efficiency mile.

Nice video sir. my two cents............if you unplug the tps completely then you will be unnecesssarily sending more power to the ignition coil even when the engine is idling or running at slow speeds. i would suggest to adjust the tps depending on how much you open the throttle cable.

Bro.. if u have to remove this and make current zero permanently... Then u need to put a wire between both pins and make it direct also.. simply removing the connection wil still hv 4.5 volt at the cdi..

Sorry sir but apki baat sahi nahi lagi..TPS isliye hota hai taki jab High rpm pe engine chalta hai tab ignition ko thoda advance karna padta hai.. means power stroke mein full compression se thoda sa pehla ignition karte hai spark plug mein..slow rpm mein power stroke mein compression ke baad spark produce karte hain..TPS sirf High rpm ke liye hai

Sir...mere paas thunderbird 350 hai bs4....ab usmein ek issue chal raha hai major...bike 2500 rpm ke upar jab jaati hai to bahut zyada dabne lagti hai....aisa lagta hai jaise bike ignition ke liye petrol nahi pahunch Raha....matlab 2nd gear pe 30kmph se upar jaane mein bike bahut vibrate karne lagti hai...petrol T, canister, one way valve, purge valve, both spark plugs...sab change ho chuke hain.......carburator 15 baar khulke saaf ho chuka hai.......sir pls help.....pichle 1 saal se khel raha hoon problem.....pls suggest kariye.....

Brother.. i have tb350 as yours ..1stly check carburetor Slide..
2nd - faulty/broken wiring harness.
3rd - check/clean petrol tap filter
4rth - absorb intake manifold not to crack or broken
5th - open your throttle and check proper spark plug fire (normally in blue color)

Hii sir, mere pass bs4 june 2017 ka classic 350 hai. Usme missing ki bahut problem ho rahi hai.
spark plug change kar diye.
Fuel filter, carburetor n fuel line clean kar di
Air filter b sahi hai.
Charcoal canister b disconnect kar ke dekh liya. But still missing issue khatam nahi ho raha. Please help karo is problem ko solve karne ke liye.

Aap ek bar Apne motorcycle ki shocker tube (Jo black color ki hoti hai ) ko adjust karvayen maybe sound vahin se a raha hai...... Aur ek bar front Excel bhi greasing karvayen
