the most epic example when the staff bugged out was during azalea 2nd live day 1 it was supposed to be Maze Sekai for the 3rd song of the day, but staff-san made a mistake and played Metamorphism (4th song)... and as expected of the 2 poker face masters Suwa-Ari perfect combo, they just signaled to each other that they are ready via a short glance and just continued without the audience really realising that there was a mistake even though they were panicking internally and then later, being the self-sadists that they are, they added that song into the block that already filled with the most dance intensive songs (the phoenix dance - we'll get the next dream block) because it was the only other block when they'll be wearing cool-type costumes
