No you won't be eligible. Both FPSC and PPSC consider result declaration date i.e DMC/Transcript issue date as degree completion date. so you will have to wait for your DMC, until then don't stop preparing for exams daily read GK and Dawn newspaper. Because if you're in 7th sem then almost a year will take you to be eligible you should prepare yourself for the year 2024. Also don't repeat the same mistake as i did in preparation it is never too early to start preparing for these exams.
