- Adam Jonas of Morgan Stanley put out a new note on Tesla. I actually agree with a major portion of his recommendations. But not all. Then the news from China is stunning regarding Robo Cabs.

We have two goals on this channel. Provide useful information about Elon Musk and his related businesses and provide some context to the Tesla stock story as it relates to the economy, the macro, the fundamentals, and the technicals.
I have written 10 books about small business, several of which are currently available on Amazon, including two Amazon Best Sellers about Elon Musk.

Everyone wished they bought nvidia when it was beaten down and many will regret not buying tesla now in the future.
FSD unsupervised and robotaxi are coming, but we should not make the assumption that it's imminent. We did that 5 years ago and all it did was disappoint. It will eventually be solved, but it should not be surprising at all if it takes another 5 or even 10 years.
A video juggernaut, It never ends multiple times per day. keep it up.
I would like a little discussion of the lawsuit filedd by Amy, for the benefit of Tesla
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is joining the objection.
It doesn't matter what the judges final ruling is, it's going to get appealed either way, meaning it's not going to be over for a minimum of 4 more years.
Huh? Lol, spread the FUD DUD. Unbelievable 😂😂😂😂😅😅😅
@@Sue-zz3lj Santa is real🎅
Havier Milei is doing a great job if you ignore the increase in poverty, unemployment, lowering of the exchange rate of the peso, increase in malnourishment, and nepotism. He has his sister, who was a tarrot card reader, running the government. Peoples' savings and salaries have collapsed.
Tesla's 2nd quarter results will be very good.
How so?Very bad salesnumbers and less Profits wont Help!
@@BrunoHeggli-zp3nl Hard to see how, energy growth and margins excellent but still very small. FSD revenues??
Good luck with that, with price cuts eps will be down.
Robo taxis at least 3 yrs away!
I bet that when a new US president takes over in Jan of 2025
the RoboTaxi market comes under the control of the US Dept of Transportation
and things come to a grinding halt.
I'm a private pilot and friends of mine build their own airplanes
They have to stencil the word "Experimental" in a predominate location on the plane
but the aircraft has to be inspected by the FAA at certain stages of build
and the safety of the public is paramount in the process.
I bet the same structure will be forced on anyone building an experimental car that drives itself
and would not be surprised if its operation is done on a closed track until the DOT certifies it for further development.
Up until now self-driving cars have had NO oversight by the US Federal Government and I bet that changes
when #47 takes over in January.
The current way self-driving cars are allowed to roam busy streets is totally insane.
Elon thinks that if they can demonstrably prove that fewer people will be hurt or die, by a lot, that this should be enough. If you were the head of DOT, why wouldn't that be enough for you?
@@RandyKirk_TH-camChannel That's not any proof of anything.
Driving like flying is a privilege extended by the state
to those that pass the requirements the state demands.
I had to pass a rigorous pilot license test
ALL the self-landing AI software now available to the public
that can fly and land an aircraft safely were approved by the FAA
I'm sure there are FAA regulations that specify what AI has to do to fly around weather and land a plane are spelled out.
Companies like Garmin are approved for self flying aircraft.
Trust me, the Federal Government will be regulating self-driving vehicles
and they will set up the tests the software must pass to be certified.
It's not the other way around like elon and the AI geeks think.
The current way Tesla is testing fsd is safer than human drivers without fsd
@@iainmrodgers9991 Using that logic, everyone who eats a carrot will die - don't eat carrots to become imortal.
that's what happens in the real world - eat a carrot and eventually you die.
so not eating them means....
Just because using FSD shows lower deaths per million miles
does NOT mean FSD is safer than a human.
It means nothing statistically
Folks who buy Teslas have more money than the average driver
Folks who buy Teslas have higher IQs than the average driver
Folks who buy Teslas probably don't drive drunk as much as the average driver
Folks who buy Teslas that use FSD have to keep their hands on the wheel more often than the average driver
more alert
can't fall asleep
none of the above has anything to do with the actual performance of FSD
so the stats "proving" FSD is better than the average driver are just bullshit...
typical elon bullshit
Phones are valuable for the data to train AI LLMs. I think Elon is worried that the OpenAI/Apple partnership will give them so much data that Grok will never be able to get its footing. I wonder if Tesla will pay people for data collected in-car e.g. listen to in-car conversations for LLM training.
Elon owns X, the largest stream of language data in the world. It had little to do with free speech
It you cant beat them, FUD is hopium.
FUD is the opposite of Tesla hopium
