- In today's vlog we head to Universal Studios Florida to see what's new this week for Halloween Horror Nights 2021! This is the 30th anniversary of the event and we couldn't be more excited to see what spooky goodness this year has in store for us! We see some new props added to the streets, we talk about the newly announced HHN Icons Captured haunted house and we even get to try some not so spooky food in between all of the Halloween Horror Nights fun. I have a prediction for the “Controller” scare zone. What if its story is that vampires have taken over and humans are game. They catch humans, then drain their blood. Or, humans are livestock. Would be an interesting concept!
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking too. Especially with the castle-esque scaffolding and candles in the beginning- made me think of Dracula. I know they’ve done vampire scare zones in the past. I’d love to see a vampire icon personally

That makes sense! My thoughts first went to it being a play on 'Repo! The Genetic Opera' because of the eye gear icon being placed everywhere. But the icon and "Controller" have no relation to Repo!--and they would need more than just blood containers. Though, as interesting as Repo! would be, vampires make more sense for a scare zone.

If I could actually attend, I'd be really excited for the CryptTV scarehouse, if the shorts are brought to life and enacted for everyone I would be impressed to see the depth. They have a really diverse spread of horror digital shorts.
Crypt TV is a scare zone, not a Scare house
Watching this and knowing that our holiday date is during Halloween Horror nights is getting me excited... The scarezone with the eye and the "Controller is watching" I believe it's to do with something about a book similar to the Big Brother TV show where lives are controlled?
honestly the crypt tv scare zone is something i'd love to experience. however i have issues with my autonomic nervous system so adrenaline makes me pass out, so HHN is something that i can' do. :( i will live vicariously though your videos though!!!!

I'm excited for a full fledged Beetlejuice house and also Haunting of Hill House because the facade looks amazing. Not sure about the scare zones though. I hope they bring back Bill and Ted.

So I’m going to horror nights for the first time since I get a free ticket with my annual pass. I love Halloween but I like spooky not scary so I’m nervous. Do you think because of Covid scarers won’t come too close? Are there “safe areas” where you can relax and scarers don’t come in?

Yes sCarey! I found a TikTok made by a lady that works at the parks and she showed us a bunch of sneak peeks that only workers know of at the moment. The full sign says “welcome to... sCarey Ohio! (The word “live” crossed out) Die!” It looks really cool to be honest. Also, she showed us a part of a mannequin by the barrels you showed ( kind of like what you said ) by the way, The full sign is in a service animal relief area and according to security since, the public can access that area, it is not considered “backstage” 🙂

In Holland you have Walibi Holland. its one of the best if it's not THE best amusementpark in halloween time. in 2007 the got also a new icon a clown. and how funny he is called Eddie the Clown. I got the ultimate fear pass as soon as I found out they were out. I do have an annual pass but I didn't want to miss getting the pass.

What am I most excited for? At most my RIP Tour however, every time we make our annual HHN trip, it’s the new experiences along w/people we meet who enjoy & love this event as much as we do, just as you & Jen for example. We’ve made many new friendships even going the same time and meeting up with friends we made/met on our last trip there.
