They’ve got is, the best focus group comprising of in depth passionate fans who know their internal engineering almost as much as they do. Some of us (not me) are actually professionals in some of the fields related to their product. We love them and they’ve rewarded us with the best products that we’ve had in years.
Oh i would love to see a return of the air bladder blasters nerf had an air bladder 30 shot chaingun back in the day... i also had a smaller 6 dart air bladder blaster. I never really liked the electric flywheel blasters... Air power is where it's at for me.
So, I got one of these and and a holster, and went to a 24v24 Nerf battle. I asked if someone could play "Big Iron" on the loudspeakers, and the decided "Eh, why not." There was a guy with a modded Prometheus Proton Pack. After 20 of my teammates tried and failed to tag him I had to start singing "20 men had tried to take him 20 men had made a slip 21 would be the ranger with the Big Iron on his hip, Big Iron on his hip." I was the 21st, and I had tagged him.
I'd been looking for a comparison for these exact four Pro blasters, but as cool as Dracs upgrades are I was wanting to see a comparison of the blasters side by side in stock form. But I respect that you've got to promote the merch. I'd have loved a video on the stock comparison and then another video talking about a new era of upgrades for the Pro Generation.
I have a Nexus and my brother has an Aeon. They’re both really fun to play with, I bought a cheap red dot and angled grip for my Nexus which really added to the feel of it. I don’t really have any use for a Mk1 but I would love to get my hands on a Mk2. I’ve always wanted to see a proper pistol form factor in this hobby.
It's kinda sad, but I can't put it past Hasbro morphing the promo language for Nerf into something like, "Nerf don't hurt" as Dart Zone/Adventure Force keep providing interesting and unique blasters.
imma be honest i dont know a lot of people to war with in the foam flinging space, but dartzone has rekindled my interest in the very idea of it. ive already purchased the nexus and the aeon JUST to support dartzone and i fully intend on buying the mk.2 for the same reason. a company who goes above and beyond for its consumer base is worth supporting in my mind.

Even though I have my completely overhauled ood 3S Perses kit, AND a tier one 2S Stryfe, AND the Nexus and the Aeon, my favorite BY FAR is the MK2, not just in 2020/2021, but of all time! Even as a primary this is just an absolute dream.
A great assessment, as usual. My personal favorite of the bunch is the Nexus due to its economy, ease of modding, number of aftermarket parts available for it, and effectiveness. I started out in the hobby with an EAT when I first started getting serious (read: nerdy as hell) about it and sunk a bunch of money and time into it to get it doing just PART of what the Nexus does out of the box. I just wish someone made a button-style rail attachment that made pressing the priming lock release easier for shotgunning it (hint hint) since I like doing that occasionally but don't want to remove the lock permanently.

one of my neighbors does a charity garage sale where she goes and gets new in box stuff from stores and sells them at a discounted price and i found a nexus pro for $20. legit my favorite blaster ever. vertical mag well like the alpha trooper and foregrip like the rampage (my 2 favorite nerf brand blasters), just makes the nexus pro my favorite blaster. I thought my modded rampage shooting up to 105 fps shot hard. 150 fps nexus pro, just amazing. in love with this blaster
And to think that just a few weeks back I was checking out the nerf ultra range in my local store thinking "oh wow, I bet these are good" (before doing my research) 😂😂😂
I got my Mk2 the other day and I love it. Dart zone is giving us everything we want. Hasbro needs to pick up the pace or else DZ is going to keep leaving them behing. Im loving DZ as of late and I think they will keep making fantastic blasters.
Are you actually seeing the damn thing in stock when you go online? ALL I see whenever I check Target's site is ''Sold out''. Notifications don't help, because when I receive them and check, it already says ''Sold out'' again!
Primary wise i think it’s going to be Nexus pro because it’s much cheaper. Secondary wise I am stuck between DZP MK2 and Aeon pro, while one of them is smaller the other one is compatible with both types.

@@moyerjackson, than I’m guessing that’s the assembly for the trigger spring, those usually aren’t sold separately, but some blasters such as the sharpfire might have similar or the same pieces.I’m not sure tho
My day was made better today because I heard an Aeon Flux reference. That was one of my favorite shows growing up, when I was probably way too young to be watching it XD
DZP MK1.1 is so good that I can consistently kill a roach if it crawls up the wall from the other side of the room. I have all 4 of these blasters and the 1.1 is the most accurate and deadly to roaches.
Just some simple math. Keep in mind you can buy 2 nexus pros and 2 aeon pros (that's four blasters) for the price of the mk 1 pro. That's exactly what I did for Christmas. Bought myself a primary and secondary, and my son the same.
I discovered the Stryker at a local Dirt Cheap. Was an experimental buy that turned out amazing. Figured anything that is willing to acknowledge the community's half-length dart standard is a good get. I was right.

Unfortunately, the only one of these that we have available in Canada right now is the Aeon. I've gotten back into the hobby (mostly thanks to thrifted older Nerf gear) this past year and I'm really excited to experience what modern "competitive-level" foam dart blasting feels like.

Best one in my opinion is that Mk2. It is so revolutionary. Tiny as hell, 6 shots, shoots like twice faster, gives free holster and 2 speed loaders, gives 18 darts to nerf who just gives minimum.

To be fair, the Ultra springers have really good springs that are almost comparable to k25/k26's. If you find them at a thrift store for $2 or something, buy them for the springs or rebarrel to Elite diameter darts if you're learning how to mod.
A random question from the back of the class: although I know you are busy, do you think a picatinny Erebus grip my be in the works in the new year? I was thinking a MK1.1 with a FPS grip would be a cool thing...with some Equinox sights...just a thought I had...

I really wish the target exclusives came in orange. It just feels safer for outdoor use. I understand why it's red and it does look good but it messes with my peace of mind especially with the pistol's silhouette

Very similar performance/blasters in general, the Nexus Pro is 50$ and very cheap at that, the Mk. 1.1 is 180$ I think and with slightly higher quality building materials, personally I would get the Nexus because there isn't much of a difference between the two but the Nexus is so much cheaper.

150 fps is cool, but Rival is more fun imho. Sniping isn't as much fun as assaulting with rapid fire and 160+ rounds already loaded. Your primary should be a Proton Pack 😆

Dam,2020 truly has been da Best and Worst year of blasters EVER,have Dart Zone killing it w Spectrum,Villainator,MK 2,1.1,Aeon and Nexus and Nerf Dropping da ball w Ultra 1,2,3,Elite 2.0 Phoenix,Echo,Nerf Fortnite,it’s so crazy dat it’s da best and worst year for blasters,I’m very proud to see how much Dart Zone has upped and elevated our standards for stock blasters and it gives modders and fans wat we WANTED and not ignoring us like Hasbro

150 fps is cool, but Rival is more fun imho. Sniping isn't as much fun as assaulting with rapid fire and 160+ rounds already loaded.
