In my family everyone fan of my Kaddoo kheer.....need ripe red pumpkin.....no need of grate ,cut into pieces ....put ghee in cooker and add all pumpkin In this with dedicated coconut.and nuts ...roast little in ghee then close cooker lid ....take 2 whistle ..wait for pressure release .....then start gas again and add boiled milk ..and cook it , till it bcom thick.....u can add mawa aur condensed milk for thick creamy taste .....last but no least add some cardamom powder ....
