- The electrics are coming and their coming fast. We take a look at another electric scooter, this time it's the Super Soco CPX. This 125cc equivalent scooter aims to take a bite out of the small 125cc city scooter market. While in the past electric scooters were hard to take serious the CPX is not a scooter to be ignored. In this review we explore just how close are electric scooters to their petrol powered cousins.

Thank you very much for this review, it’s very helpful to me. I’m considering one of these as an alternative to a 125cc, I live in Ireland and for me 100km range is very useful but like everything else this is very expensive here in Ireland. This kind of review is very important, if I was to buy one of these and then change my mind the depreciation on this compared to a conventional bike would be brutal, so it’s only worth buying if I am going to keep it long term, and there is the problem.. nobody knows how this will stand up over time, whereas we all know a Honda 125 can be good in 20 or 30 years time.
The main question is the life span of the battery and how easy will it be in 5-10 years to find replacement batteries or can you refurbish your existing ones. There are a lot of questions now with electric bikes and scooters and only time will give us answers. At the moment I am not considering the switch to electric because I live in an apartment building and I really don't feel like carrying 2x11kg batteries in my apartment to charge every 2-3 days. I am waiting for the moment when you can charge scooters like this at normal 22kw car charges and charge them in like 10-15 minutes. That would be absolutely awesome.
@@RideWithAlex modern electric cars like tesla and Nissan Leaf for example have shown that with clever management the batteries are good for over 150,000 miles so there is no reason to expect less on this bike.. however the question on general availability of parts and components is a big concern.
@@andrewstones2921 A guy in Germany has done 1,000,000 miile in 8 years on 2014 tesla , But he had to replace a motor at 800,000 mile and more motors at 200,000 miles , looks like they have reduced the quality of motors .

Yea, electric motors have a lot of torque so it should be just fine.

What's the connection with zontes and sym?
None. This isn't a zontes/sym exclusive channel, I test and ride anything I can get my hands on. But because I work for Sym Romania of course I can get my hands on any Sym model we import. But every now and then I get the chance to test something else. :)
Does it have the same max speed with one battery ? Here the one battery version is 3800 euros from which you get 24% back from the government. The two battery version is 6100.
As far as i know yes, I haven't tried running it on just one battery but it should perform the same apart from the range of course.

I don't know, i have never seen the Segway E125.
seems like it has limited leg space
For me it had a lot of leg room, but I'm also not very long in the legs :))

De ce nu vorbesti in romana , ti-e rusine . Sunt destule videouri in engleza la orice pentru cineva curios dar eu pe tine te prefer in romana . Sa nu-ti fie rusine ca esti roman .
Nu îmi este rușine ca sunt roman, dacă îmi era rușine ca sunt roman nu as fi spus aproape în fiecare video ca sunt în România. Dar îmi doresc sa se bucure de videourile mele oameni din toată lumea, nu doar Romania, in special de videourile cu plimbări, in felul asta promovezi tara, făcând videouri in engleza arătând străinilor cât de frumoasa e România.
@@RideWithAlex si eu il aprob partial pe Razvan (nu cred ca iti este rusine, ci ai crezut doar ca o sa ai mai multe vizionari). repeta clipul in limba romana si o sa ai garantat mai multe vizionari.
