My regulator is not allowing any fuel to go through. Looks like the diaphragm is not strong enough to open up the valve. Tried to manually push the diaphragm with a blunt needle, then only the fuel flow. And I only came to realise that the culprit was the regulator, 10 years later!!! It was a conversion kit to upgrade my 91HZ-PS.
@@synergyrchobbies Mine was originally 91HZ-PS, converted to 91HZ-R. The conversion set was almost half the price of the whole engine. Ever since the conversion, my engine failed to start. So I put it aside and concentrated on electric instead. That was 10 years ago. After seeing your video then only I open up the regulator only to find the silicone diaphragm became concave, getting too far to push the Metering Lever to uplift the valve, which in turn to let the fuel flows in.
Thanks for this video
My regulator is acting up now 👍🏾
Good work my friend

What’s up Matt!!! Long time bro. How are ya? Great video! You talk to Troy Emmette lately?

The older PS was actually a Perry Pump and not a regulator. Those were notorious for failure and inconsistency.
