Girls Fly Too 2024 - Incredible Close up Military action at Abbotsford (YXX/CYXX)

This is my 2nd time attending this epic event! Last year I had such a great time I figured I had to come back unfortunately the weather wasn't as nice as last year but the action was still great! For me the highlight was the U.S Navy P3 as this was my first and possibly last time seeing this aircraft.
I do hope you enjoy the video - I had a great time spotting all these unique military aircraft.
Girls Fly Too is an annual event held in Abbotsford promoting the field of science and technology to young girls in the efforts to get them interested to pursue in the future. This non profit brings in many job fields like first responders and of course the military. Both the Canadian and American militaries bring in some very unique equipment for the event and this year was no different!

Incredible work as always. Even though it rained the entire weekend and on departure day, it was still a really fun weekend. Apparently there are a few Harriers at Boeing Field, not sure when they depart though. I just hear sometime within a week.

That may be the last time you see A-10s at Abbotsford.

Lots of USMC C130s though now that Abby is an approved Lockheed repair Depot (probably because of the F35 purchase)
