I just listened to another blogger who returned to Philippines ( BGC), from Arizona and he lauds the praises of being back in BGC. I'm Roman Catholic, and there are many religions in the military, but we still use condoms. The problem with the Philippines, they don't teach safe sex or anything close in their school system.
