@DK_XO basically, he told Howie to lift his hand every time he feels the pressure. Then, what he made look like him putting pressure on Howie's hand, he really stepped on his toe or something. Moving on, when he put the pressure on Simon's hand, at the same time he stepped on Howie's toe again. Then, when he told Simon to lift his hand to move Howie's, u can clearly see him look back and forth to know the exact moment to step on Howie's toe... This is just a guess btw, I don't actually know that. But looking at the table covered till the floor, the position they're all sitting in, etc. I would guess so.
