I met them in a Ferrie and saw them in a tiny bar in my tiny city in BC and this is my favorite song of them. I hope they get bigger than they already are, man.
I saw these guys whilst they were on a BC ferry YEARS ago! They were just chilling and playing and I was watching. Had this song stuck in my head since! :)
Brilliant! Tim played at Grateful Fred's last night with Sarah MacDougall and Bob Hamilton. What a great lap steel player. But whant a wonderful band Headwater are.
I SAW YOU GUYS ON THE FERRY LESS THAN A MONTH AGO!!! You guys are awesome! On Vid and Live!! It's so COOL that your comfortable playing on a Ferry! I love you guys! I bought an album on the Ferry I loved you so much! The 45minutes that you played! I hope that you can survive in the big world of music production for as long as you can! You have my luck :)
Definitely a great band, reminds me of a band I saw not that long ago called Hoots and Hellmouth. Old folk style with punk energy. Holy mother of sweet and sour shit though, can that guy on slide guitar play. That is an incredible display of talent.
Finally a cover that understands this songs NEEDS to have a fast tempo. He wishes he was a freight train! Not a horse and carriage.
One of the best renditions of this song I've heard.
