The designer of Delta is a chum of mine. Over the years he's lived aboard and cruised just about every type of yacht you can think of. That's why Delta is so well though-out.
@@nicbennett6554 I invited the designer onto the MBY Forum when the 88 came out. It was fun at first and then turned nasty and rude. He basically told them to sod-off and left.
I think this is the first time I have seen one of these boats. Very impressed, clean simple lines and quality finishes throughout, I would go with the inboard engines for the range. Great tour Hugo thank you.
Never seen this type of boat before. Made good use of the space exterior and interior. An all rounder and year usage where ever she sails. Like the salon seating area, galley and helm its a light and airy space. The cabins are not to me large but comfortable plenty of windows for light. Nice, good for day weekend or a week's cruising.
We need to see her underway to appreciate her. Ideally, on the a Solent with a bit of wind over tide, but I guess that's too much to ask for? Interesting boat though.
Oh, and if you're worried about fender-lines cutting and rubbing on the thick rubber fendering, I have a solution. Motocross race bikes have velcro padded protection across the handle-bars. Just fix one to each line, last for years. #AquaStar/Seaward
A lot of positives, but everybody on board is going to get pretty tired of crawling in and out of the foot of those berths - no side access at all and not even enough headroom in the mid cabins to make the beds after climbing in ? Not exactly a millionaire lifestyle...
Great looking boat and design ethos - especially proper shower cubicles. What stops the salon table from falling over though? It doesn't seem to be anchored to the deck.
Just that there’s lots of natural light flooding into the saloon and the decor is modern and fresh so it feels nice and bright on board even when the weather’s not great outside

Loved Delta boats since watching Jack’s 88 (80) review some years ago. This one is stunning again with plenty to love.
Can’t wait for the sea trial.

Great looking boat that one, can't wait for the full sea trial 👍

Beautiful lines! I also like that the windows aren't tinted so you can see out even after the sun has gone down.

At least the heads make sense ! It just bothers me when you try to tell how good it is when it isn't!
I am not a fan of widows placed that close to the waterline. The rest of the boat looks terrific.
No bow or side rails , oops we forgot them , but we will tell people it's stylish ! What a joke ! This is very unsafe , especially in a seaway !!

So that's 0.7 mpg (0.58 US) 😢.
The boat "feels like summer all the year round" what the hell does that mean?
When it's winter in the northern hemisphere, it's summer in the southern hemisphere. It's always summer somewhere.

Probably it means; UK is fakked regardless?
Table legs and door hardware look cheap , too much rake on the windshield !
