It's about as useless and teats on a boar hog. lol It's bent, broken, and the pipe that is supposed to pick up the overflow under the fence line is too high to drain it. Glad you had fun today, and we really do need Ollie back. You play more pranks on him than anyone!! Great job, and thank you for recording it to show it to us.

I've seen the size of the jets they use on culverts & I didn't think for a sec the "Double Barrel" could do the job but low & behold Double Barrel blew the culvert clean & Ollie climbed a fence
It's just another storm water overflow pipe that drains into the same area, they are using the park as a field drain. Both areas must be owned/maintain by the same government department as it seems to be a public park. That paper bark tree is massive!
@@dhcraft9472 looking how partly cracked collapsed the big pipe looked, the drain direction might have changed due to the cracks. My guess is the big pipe actually was the drain for the small one. To keep the drainage out of the park and within the first property.
