Love how TV was so laid back in the nineties, now everything is completely and utterly scripted with the musicians being told all the questions prior to the interview for their approval
Damon: "I don't really know how to say about that" Alex: "he just being rude isn't it?" I think they're sooo polite to the heters and damon so chill about it, I remember when someone threw egg to him at the concert and he just said "thats a good shot mate" i feel bad for them
i know im randomly asking but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
"alex why dont you just go find someone who gives you something, other that what you think someone is gonna give you, just because they are incredible beautiful and famous... you are not gonna find happines that way".
It hurts me quite a bit thinking about how hard it was for them to get through that period, all those britpop rubbish and the questioning they had to confront. Damon looks so upset and lost, they have a good temper about it doesn't mean they were comfortable with it...
@@annalishagoring i think he was putting on a brave face,he seemed conflicted about the whole thing,as anyone would have been. But yeah, he handled it with class)
I find it sad and amazing at the same time when Damon in 1995 states that Pop music has to be so polished now (back then) and how formatted everything around seems to be. In 1995 - when every month great album by an indie band was released, tv shows were so crazy, witty and flamboyant and the NME actually was devoted to good music. 22 years later UK music scene looks as if a hydrogen bomb was just detonated, last great indie album by a young band (Primary Colours) was made 8 years ago, music television is dead and the biggest pop star is ed fucking sheeran : /
Dua Lipa is quite good but she's very electronic. You seem to be the type who likes rock, indie and alt. Try one of Damon's other bands, The Good The Bad and The Queen.
Damons face when he's reading the Helena Christensen question is priceless
"I don't really mind. I think it's funny. But I just want to know whether he finds it funny". Best answer ever.

Aww Alex so embarrassed, acting like a teenager.
