I don’t know one homeowner that gives a thought to sustainability! 😅

Let's see what you can do with the types of homes most people live in... Old houses, small rooms, low ceilings, fewer windows.

I’d love a cork wall but living in Canada I’m afraid it would be too dry?

Honey these are estates for the rich and famous not homes!

I appreciate your perspective! It’s true that some of the featured designs are quite luxurious and may seem more like estates. However, I aim to provide inspiration that can be adapted to various budgets and spaces. If you’re looking for more accessible design ideas or need tips for a different style, just let me know! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 😊

Devil is in the details. Take the best ideas and use them. If you just have money and no taste your home will always look cold and staged.

I've noticed many of the living rooms you've featured are missing the TV or not having them as the focal point of the room. ( Is that because we're not using the space as a family unit anymore? )

That’s a great observation! Many of the living rooms featured are designed to prioritize aesthetic and relaxation, which sometimes means placing less emphasis on the TV. This design choice can create a more serene and cohesive space, allowing for other elements to shine. However, it’s true that the way we use our living spaces can vary, and many people still center their living rooms around the TV for family time. If you’re interested in tips on integrating a TV seamlessly into your design while maintaining style, let me know! Thanks for your insightful comment. 😊

Sofas with no back support and your feet dangle. I'm fed up with this trend. Whatever happened to comfortable living rooms? This trend is cold and impersonal.

Apply whatever is comfortable for you.... nobody is forcing you to use the sofas above

Each room was a beautiful tableau...an artful still life BUT not one was designed with humanity in mind or heart. Cocktails nor coffees are within reach for the individuals spread out beyond any normal conversational boundaries. The architects di their job by giving you the structure, it is the designers job to make it beautiful and a joy to inhabit. You failed.
