The Victoria of Wight was launched in August 2018 and is the flagship vessel in the Wightlink fleet, this car and passenger ferry serves the Portsmouth to Fishbourne route to the Isle of Wight on the south coast of the UK. The Victoria of Wight has a Hybrid system from Wartsila with 4 x W6L20 main engines. This hybrid solution reduces emissions and increases fuel efficiency by 17% when compared to other vessels in their fleet and has larger passenger and vehicle capacity.
