I'm not a Red Sox fan, but when this song hits when they return from their road spell after the tragedy at the marathon, it'll be one of the best moments in baseball. A moment that is the Red Sox equivalent to the piazza homerun. I'm stoked for that game, and when sweet Caroline hits, even if it's for two minutes, the pain and suffering will be forgotten.
as a seattle mariner fan i have to say boston has the best fans in baseball and i just wish safeco had songs like these where fans can get together and sing and id like to pray to those families of yours affected by the boston marathon as well...
when the green line is stuffed full of people after the game - all you have to do is sing "touching me... touching you" and the entire car bursts into the song.
I'm a Birmingham City fan, and I'm glad the proud Boston Red Sox haven't been influenced in any way by Liverpool's perverse love of wallowing in their own victimhood.
A father and son are outside Fenway Park, and the young son is asking his father to buy him a "Yankees Suck" T-shirt. The father hesitates, but finally tells his son, "You can have the shirt if you promise never to say that word." "That's right," says the T-shirt vendor, wanting to make the sale. "'Suck' isn't a very nice word." "No," replies the father. "I meant the word 'Yankees'." (i dunno who made this)
Gimme Sweet Caroline,Tessie & Play Ball (by Ace Diamond Song/Video..It'll get your blood a-pumpin'!...Go Sox ..We're goin' all the way in 2013!! "PLAY BALL"
Uh, there a lot of songs to sing along to at Safeco field. The Mariners marketing doesn't really play anything other than "take me out to the ball game", and "Louie Louie" and "That's what I like about you". Causal "fans" don't do much but talk about everything but the game. Fans like me, diehard fans, pay attention to the game. Get to the games early, stay to the last out, when possible, and not at the mercy of the ferry.
Absolutely amazing at the stadium! I'm not kidding, it's thunderous, the ground shakes.
Got extra tickets to a Red Sox game last spring, this was one of the best parts of the game!

This video has the best audio that I could find out of all the Fenway Park "Sweet Caroline" videos!
There are few things as beautiful as a ball park in the summer.

I love baseball, but I'm not a Red Sox fan
What a waste of 35 million. I'm telling you, he sucks. He can only score with his left foot and head once every 10 games. Nice going.
Atrocious 🤮
