- Welcome to my sunday RESET ROUTINE ✨ on this lovely sunday, i encourage you to take the time to reset and set new intentions for this upcoming week!
In this video: i deep clean and organize my room! I also make sure to take my vitamins and supplements as well as take care of my skin! I also did some laundry that i was in desperate need of doing! I oiled my hair since i do so twice a week in hopes that my hair can recover from thinning 🥹

@@MeliMel I think every rabbit hates nail trimming! I have honestly never heard of one who tolerated it 😂 but some are moody about being groomed, too! At least Milo does one of those two things easily!
I’ve always liked laundry, don’t know why. Maybe because it comes out of the dryer all fluffy and smelling good?

Everyone in the family is worried, she’s such a sweetheart. Then we’re having company on Friday and I need to finish knitting a rabbit plushie for the cousin who is coming.

@@MeliMel I’ve hade it since I was little now I’m 18
Tip from someone who went from not being able to swallow the tiniest pills (antihistamines, birth control etc) to dry swallowing multiple pills a day: find something that you like to eat but don’t chew loads usually. For me that was either toast or the Jordan’s Frusli bars (sticky cereal bars with lots of different textures work super well) Take a bite and then chew but make sure it’s still a little lumpy not super smooth. Put the pill in your mouth and swallow that and the food together. Feels a bit gross at first but works like a charm coming from someone who, in the past, couldn’t swallow a sesame seed if she tried!

what has helped me to swallow my pills- is that i take alot of small sips of water while its in my mouth. and it has always worked for me
girl, you are not the only one that can’t swallow pills 😭 i literally have to use a pill crusher all the time lol

For swallowing pills, try distracting yourself as you swallow. You could blast your favorite song and really focus on the lyrics not the pill as you swallow. It also helps to just practice swallowing pills with a placebo or m&ms. I can swallow big pills but if they taste gross then my gag reflex gets so bad, so like when you take ibuprofen or stuff like that try and get the ones with sugarcoating so it’s a little easier and enjoyable when you swallow. Being able to swallow my pills has been like my greatest pride and joy just because it was such an inconvenience for me since I take so many, and I hate dissolvables.

I noticed you are using a hair oil instead of a scalp oil :o the moroccan oil brand makes a good one c: scalp "oil" is more serum like which is what the scalp likes. Hair oil is very thick and can clog delicate follicles. Just a suggestion in case you didnt know c:
maybe try crushing your pill and putting in some applesauce if it’s crushable

I would personally see if your doctor could give a powder form of your pills that can go into your drink and you can get mixing wand and mix them in or get a quick dissolving tablet of your pills you can put them under your tongue and dissolve faster.just an idea.
