    Hi

You looked so young back then and your face looks so balanced. Do you see what I'm talking about? Maybe you only see flaws (small wrinkles etc) but I'm talking about structure. The lower mid and upper face are all in proportion to each other, and you still have your natural youthful fat pads.

My face was shorter then because I had ground down all my teeth over the years. One element that changed my proportion to some extent was having my teeth replaced in 2020. These are taller increasing the height of my bite which lengthens my face. After this people thought I had had a facelift, it was crazy how much impact the teeth had. As for fat pads, I’m probably 130-135lbs during this trip which causes my face yo be fuller. Right now I’m around 110lbs so my face pads have minimized greatly. Go to my lake Powell 2023 video, in it I’m 130lbs and my face is much fuller, maybe the proportions you are mentioning from 2019 will look similar to this summers video when I was at the same weight. I’m not sure but maybe you can tell me:)

@@SpaandTell I've had extensive teeth work done too and crowns only increase the space in your mouth by a couple of millimeters. And actually, IMHO, your face looked longer back then because you had a fuller chin back then, which is in proportion to your forehead (I have a broad forehead too, it's a European trait, but my fuller chin balances my bigger forehead).
Which brings me back to the point I was trying to make about balance in the first place. You think about dividing the face into three parts: the upper, mid, and lower face. Each of those parts must be balanced in *relation* to the other. When one part of the face is diminished (the chin or the cheeks), or conversely, if either of those are augmented too much, the face will not look youthful because youthful faces have equal global distribution of fat, bone mass, and volume; everything looks evenly spread.
They're discovering now that an ideal youthful face has small vertical distance between the eyes and lips, that's why lip lifts make faces look younger; they decrease the distance between the eyes and the lips creating a more baby face.
I say all of this to acknowledge that you actually did look younger back then as you should because it was years ago. You look younger not do to fewer wrinkles, but rather because your face fat and structure was more evenly distributed, before the use of high-energy heating devices. If you notice your forehead does not look as long and wide back then because your lower face was fuller and your chin was longer. I do acknowledge that you have restored a lot of your volume with Sculptura and gaining a few lbs. I believe it was Liz Taylor who said "if you want to look 10 years younger gain 10 pounds", which is true. But it is important to acknowledge true aspects of inherit youthfulness, which devices and filler cannot truly duplicate.
I've heard you speak about your older pictures as if you have improved your looks so much, and you look amazing now, great skin care maintenance, all of that. But I think it's important to appreciate the youthful aspects you possessed before too, which have to do more with overall undisturbed youthful facial structure.
Too often we focus on the the surface (wrinkles etc) when the real beauty actually lies in the substrate below. I can see good balanced facial structure from a mile away. Once you see it you understand it. I think you know what I'm talking about because you have a good eye for esthetics.
