I think the problem is not from eighteen society it’s from the government not appreciating the FDI .and delaying the interchange or access to eighteen
Yess No doubt govt is also not appreciating but on the other side their dev pace is weak .. 2019 mai jis aggressive style mai ye log aa rhe thay to loggon ney use pace per trust kar k investment bhi achi khaasi ki the en k sath but Allah kren k ye project jaldi deliver ho ..
Profits? Please look at $ rate in 2018 and in 2024 plus inflation. In dollar terms its a loss despite 6 years have passed. If you include inflation then its even bigger loss.
Not many people understand this. All they look at is i bought it for 50lakh and after two years sold dor 55. That is not profit this is loss as you mentioned dollar wise and inflation.
@@Landlord109 These youtubers who sell files think people are stupid. Real estate in Pakistan no longer generate profits since many years now. Only make sense to invest if you want to move there to live. And even then I would advice overseas Pakistanis to invest when they are ready to move. Investing in naya Pakistan certificates for guarenteed return in $ is much times better option for now.

Very good video. At least some one that speaks the truth.I see almost every video on eighteen by property dealers highlighting how luxiourus this society is, while no one is highlighting the late delivery. I am affectee of late delivery as well. Bought a D Cluster Villa. Only partial grey structure built till now. I see only ONE focus by the management- to deliver a world class club and golf facility which they have done on time . But no focus at all on deliverying the villas/apartments.
Well said, this is the main issue .. people have paid all dues but still society is failed to get interchange and zero dev on site ..
Property these days not giving benefit to investors as it was before.
Logon ney walayat complex mein paise lage star marketing wale bhag gae trap kar key aur Emirates ki shops aj tak weran aur sunsan hain.
Flak naz group bhi ghaib ho gia from bahria town after trapping investors.
Ramada Hotel Square Nine marketing ney aj tak nahi deliver kiya. Lot of people were promised monthly returns on shops,appartments and spaces there.
Dominian mall aj tak nahi deliver hoa jo pakistan ka sab sey bara mall hone ja raha tha.
Is key ilawa business district mein buht sey projects aj tak complete hone ka naam hi nahi ley rahe.
Eighteen appartments aj tak farigh hai aur logon ney studio appartments caror key ley kar paise phasai hoe hain. Worst project so far which has failed to deliver inspite of a good location near airport.
So better is to think a thousand times before investing in property for a good return in future these days.

100% agreed brother in fact I’ll add some other names as well like AAA associates , zem builders, progressive group, ISMMART, Molvi group, Another Centaurs in Taj Residencia and so far .. but sir my point is everyone needs house to live , investment to be safe and some percentage wants passive income as well beside all these do you really think we’ve any other option rather then property where we can invest and our investment will increase after some years and it’ll be transferred to your next generations as well .. we didn’t have anyother options bs Doctor theek hona chahiye .. at least apka marz tymly dykh kar manage kar sake k ub kis medcine ki zrurat ha ..

I don’t have any complaints on my delivery. Everything was done well. My only complaint is access. I don’t mind an interchange at tablighi markaz actually I prefer that but pls deliver access asap.

Brother you can share all the proofs on WhatsApp so that I can share with all of my clients who’ve purchased in eighteen from last 4-5 years and all of them are waiting when they’ll start development and compensate them as their commitment was to 2% per month for any sort of delays .. furthermore of course this is management responsibility to fulfill all the promises with their clients ..
