- A tribute to Walt Disney, who loved trains and created Disneyland. It has been a dream of mine to build an iconic version of Walt's Magic Kingdom. Expertly built by Lloyd & Betsy of Lloyd's Layouts in Santa Fe Springs, this layout automatically rises/lowers to the ceiling of my garage allowing me to park my vehicles inside without obstruction. Engineer Bill Stulla, host of "Cartoon Express" on KHJ-TV Channel 9 in Los Angeles, gave me the American Flyer train that you see going around Disneyland & through the Grand Canyon. He also gave me one of the original 1960's Gumby figures. All of the music contained within this video is owned by Disney. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MUCH BETTER, STEREO VERSION OF THIS VIDEO AT: • Video
Very nice. You put so much thought, effort, and dedication into your project. Great video editing. Thanks for sharing your creation.
This video truly brought the magic of Disneyland that I’ve experienced
This is a fantastic video! It makes me feel 8 yrs old again. Thank you for sharing it. You two look like such warm and fun loving people. be great to hear from you
I am glad to see 1950s reminiscing. All Disney land era models, even an American Flyer Train for Mr A.C. Gilbert. Who's company MFD the Frontiersman set. I am sure Mr. Disney met him back in the old days. I am really happy this layout was built because I dreamed quite often about a huge American Flyer Trains layout and collection being on display at Disneyland!
This is a super amazing layout indeed! I love the C&S #6 and model Disneyland locomotive #2!
That is one of the most AMAZING train layouts EVER!!!!

nice video! keep it up! hi there?!
Fantastic. Good choice subject.
The buildings came from Lloyd's Layouts in Santa Fe Springs, who made the layout. Some others I found on eBay. I believe the ceramic buildings were Dept 56.
You did amazing work. Thankyou for posting
Its beautifull 👏👏👏👏👏🌠
Hello. Just wanted to comment on an amazing job you guys did here!!! Awesome!!! Was just wondering what system is that monorail that you have in motion? The white one?
I found your dog in one of the train cars pulled by the chubby red engine!
All you're missing is a replica of the C.K. Holliday or the E.P. Ripley! What a great layout! Are you on Facebook by chance?
Where did you get the white and blue monorail? Great job.
Walt was mad about model trains as well as prototypes.
where did you get the buildings for main street????
Cwilliam I got some of them from Lloyd's Layouts in Santa Fe Springs. The others, I found on eBay.
