This is new activities of huge land transformation project construction operation machines. Both Komatsu bulldozer pushing rock stone mixing soil to water filling land up to other side and dump truck unloading rocks and soil to water

The Dozer Operator with the Komatsu with the Curtains has no clue how to operate a Dozer. He cannot doze a pile without lifting his Blade up. He needs to to push LESS with the Dozer Blade FLAT on the ground, Not in the air half way up the pile. I would fire him in a heartbeat before he ruins that Dozer.
