I've been teaching taekwondo do over 20yrs and will never teach the new style of taekwondo sparring, the new style is boring and not very effective, every tournament I've taken my students to I've seen old style win over the New style
Tae Kwon Do PRO , thank you. I am also a big big big taekwondo lover , I had a fight in national championship, I beat my opponent but then also I got silver medal. From that day only I have a thought that I will play for only knockouts.

Nowday most of players using front leg technique..which means less effective but more carefull..old school bit more violant like high jump kick points ctrl..
new style tkd with all this electoronic equipment is crap and its not useful anywhere but old school fighting is why tkd is known as a true martial art with the best kicking techniques and why tkd has become a world wide known fighting style in a short period of time It was deadly and beautiful to watch
