Hi John and Zoe. Love watching you guys. Your theory sounds spot on over the demand on your alternator so the simple answer is get a bigger alternator fitted to Bertie. The dogs are a beautiful and unfortunately they cost but they bring more joy than the cost so it’s always worth it. We’ve just lost our dog aged 16years and 4 months through illness and had to make the decision to let him go. £303 at the vet to stop his pain. Vets really do like to charge whenever they can. Looking forward to watching your adventures. My wife and I will be joining the full time vanlife as soon as the house is sold. Can you let us all know what Bertie Bus is as I love the layout. Best wishes and safe travels.
Yes that's a good idea with the alternator thankyou . So sorry about your dog it's a huge loss as we should know. Our Van is a 2013 concorde carver . We got it for the quality build as when you live in them full time you need it to cope with everyday use . We did a vlog on Bertie a year ago with a detailed tour of him . Bet you are really excited about full time travel . We have done it nearly 3 years now and love it and never looked back . Thankyou for following us 😊
If it’s running good John I’d leave the clutch alone for now, I would get the fan belts etc changed though, if they’re original they probably need replacing, and get those from Iveco. I think you’re right about the alternator issue, you can upgrade it but obviously thats not a cheap option. We’re Looking forward to your next Europe adventure, the daily vlogs are always enjoyable to watch, we plan on a similar trip as our next adventure this winter. Hope poor Bodie makes a good speedy recovery.👍🍻
Daily videos when your abroad are fab as I'm sure some of your viewers can't get abroad so for us it's like we go with you ,think Brodie might if caught himself in barb wire possibly, also I would get Bruce neuted as you don't want him dragging you around Spain looking for senoritas of the doggie kind ,great video XXX ♥️
Hi guys Zoe, the brain fog is very real We have only visited Belgium for a couple of nights, just into Brugge, stayed in the aire just outside the city, easy walk in but not cheap at about €25 per night, well worth it though I would like to see a daily vlog as you go bank into Europe We too are heading back through France and I to Spain, early November, escaping our winter.
Omg you two are hilarious the 3 degrees 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 poor zoe bless her. My husband and I absolutely love you guys your soooo funny, your as crazy as us lol 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We had to take our dog to a vet’s when we were in Spain last year as she had diarrhoea. They did a full ultrasound scan anti inflammatory injection and antibiotics and they charged us 25 euros. We couldn’t believe it we were expecting a big bill.
In Germany,Travel up the Moselle from Trier to Koblenz. Loads of cheap and free stop every few miles, pay a few euros for metered ehu connection only on some. beautiful motorhome tour! Concorde factory is on that route( Polch I think 🤔 it’s called.)Plenty Lidls to stock up at. Belgium n Austria require Lotto money. You need to be drunk to pay the beer prices. Cheap fuel in Luxembourg on the way through from memory. 🍻👍
Have a look at the romantic road in Germany great stellaplats very near the towns for little money. Ends In Fusson on the Austrian border. The views of the mountains are fantastic.
As always, great video-it’s of content. Re Bertie, not knowing anything about engines, I would ask the service garage ( if you know and trust them) what they think. Re Bruce, I would definitely get him “done”, for one thing he would be less of a target for dog theft (potential stud) but we are paranoid about dog theft around us. I can’t believe anyone could charge £8.50 for a pint no matter how nice - shocker! Regarding the European blogs, I loved looking forward to them every day last year - I felt as if I was on the journey with you - but you shouldn’t feel under pressure to do them. Meanwhile enjoy the exciting build up and planning - stay well and safe 🐾❤️🐾❤️
Thankyou so much Irene for your lovely message as always. Yeah getting excited about Europe now. Good point about dog theft but they would bring Bruce back if they could get hold of him 🤣🤣❤️
Hi Zoe don’t worry too much about the brain fog. It happens to most of us. It is very frustrating as you say. I take a vitamin B complex supplement and find it helps. Love to you both and hope Bodhie is soon recovered. ❤❤❤❤
Aw, poor Bodie, Border Collies are so boisterous, he's probably caught himself without you realising. When you go to Europe just do what you feels good, you only live once. Zoe, you're one of a kind and make my day when I watch your videos. Keep doing what you're doing, lass and John. You're funny to , thank you both for great content 😊
@tc5042 Yeah, that's what I'm thinking Tc as it will be expensive and I can put that money towards the European trip as it will be more expensive this time 👍
Oh poor Brodie and yes definitely every day vlogs yes castrating is a good idea we got a puppy jack Russell called digga he's only got one testie so we getting him done zeena is 21 months but been spayed great vlog guys safe travels Deb Pete zeena and digga oh holly to ❤
100% and we paid as after last time can’t get him insured. We really did think he was not coming home. Having to carry him in and out 4 times a day, we love both our pooches. Hopefully in 60 days he is back. ❤
Rip OFF (not OF). Remember last year guys ? - you were so cold and wet in France that you changed your plans and cut across to Benidorm earlier than you expected - so we would imagine it would be cold in Germany at that time of year. We will be going through France into Spain mid November - coming back to UK early January - might meet up with you there again.
Hi guys, hope Bohdie is ok. We had Sammy done, but it didn't see much difference. Daily when abroad seemed to work because there's more to explore ! Safe travels ❤️
Yeah don't think we will have him done as read loads of reviews from people who say it doesn't make any difference and in some cases more aggressive . Hope you have got your van sorted xx

OMG hope Bohdie is ok 😱 Yeah shame about Scarborough. I’ve spoke to a lot of traders they say it’s only busy during school holidays with day trippers.
