Thanks for continuing to post content. I really needed this today. I'm a member of the Royal Canadian Navy and yesterday one of our helos crashed into the Ionian Sea. Got word today of the 5 missing crew and the name of one confirmed dead, who happens to be a lovely officer who I've served with alongside with her father. I've been crying on and off all day. So thanks for distracting me for a little while.

I eat A LOT of veg, (usually about 4-5 portions in lunch and dinner) so I’d rather save my greens for cooking something tasty later in the day! :) especially at the moment when we are a little limited with our once-a-week food shop :)

Hey fleur! Have you considered grinding your flax seeds? Flax seed does not break down well and you end up just passing the seed. You can blend it into a meal or purchase it already ground.
I live in China and we’ve been at it for 3 months and a half .......i know it’s hard but when you dedicate your time to activities you don’t usually have time for . It becomes a lot more bearable even enjoyable . Love your vlogs 😘😘😘😘
Rachael English some businesses are back to work . But schools ,Entertainment are not . We are still recommended to keep our contact with others to a minimum and we still have to wear masks . But things are a lot better now . Things are slow to get back to normal,as expected with something as devastating as this Covid 19 has been .
Gotta say, loving the quarantine content. Seeing more of you and your family has been great. Working at an animal hospital through this whole thing, so the happy content to distract myself with in the evening is much appreciated.
It's best to grind your flaxseed before eating it (I just use a blender and pulse until ground) as when they're whole they are indigestible so you won't get much of the nutrients :)
I absolutely love your vlogs, they are giving me life right now. To save my sanity after looking after two boys during this lockdown I have an hour of "mummy time" in the week. Which is literally, coffee and catching up on your vlogs UNINTERRUPTED. Xxx

River reminds me of my sister at the same age - sushi loving with an American accent 😂 My sister was living in Japan at that age so Sushi was her breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our family video clips of her until the age of 9 with her American accent are my favourite thing in the world!

Love the vlog! We use Ariel powder detergent for clothes to wash our sink. Put the powder in, scrub it with a non scratchy scrubby sponge, add enough hot water to let the bottom soak for a few mins, then rinse with hot water. Work great for the bath / shower floor too.
When you said you were watching “blast from the past, Romeo and Juliette”, at first I thought you were watching the Brandon Fraser movie Blast From The Past 🤣so now I’m going to go watch that😆
I miss Vampire Diaries. The CW used to have great shows like The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, and Reign and now I don't watch anything on The CW anymore because I'm not into any of the shows on there right now.
Bar Keepers Friend is the best cleaning supply! It works on stoves too, from glass top to gas, to crappy University dormitory stoves, it gets them shinny and new. Love the DIY sushi! I want to try it with riced cauliflower now
Holy bananas you and I are like twins this week! My 2 year old makes me carry 3 million stuffed animals downstairs every morning and up to her bed every night! We also have let the cleaning go this week and I'm catching up while watching this video. My 2 year old is also grumpy, I have that vacuum, and I live by bar keeper's friend! I was blown away by this video, lol.
Shld recomend that stain remover to Zalfie!!?? Maybe idk there copper and cleaning deals... But if you can go and do it yourself's why not?? Especially in the times were in trying to get by and such...
I like ready meals too FleurDeForce I have a ready meal on a Friday when I come home from my choir that I go to on a Friday morning. Ready meals are yummy. And they are good when you can't be bothered cooking. I do the same as you FleurDeForce.

Daughter used to complain that the bath was too hot so we kept making it colder and colder! After a few weeks she completely refused to get in at all. Then I realised that she didn’t know how to say ‘cold’ and hot was the only word she knew relating to temperature! So we ran a ‘hot’ bath and she was as happy as Larry again!!

I recommend some baby spinach in the smoothie - you won't taste it at all, but good for getting greens in!

Be careful with flax seeds. They can be rough on the intestine wall, tearing it. Easier to digest when ground into meal. ❤️

Flaxseed doesn’t absorb if it’s not ground first! Try grinding it with the banana or grinding it in a spice grinder beforehand

Hi Fleur. I use ground flax seeds. Flax seeds have lots of omega 3, so you won't benefit from it using the whole seeds.✌✌✌
