Hi Kieonna, I glue the tulle onto the board. I pleat the tulle as I glue it on to the board. I’ll make a video to show you how I do it. Thank you for watching and feel free to subscribe.

Hello rbabyjane2, thank you and thank you for watching. I bought the satin ribbon at the Hobby Lobby and the rhinestone looking ribbon at the dollar tree but you can also find it at the dollar tree. I bought the crown on Amazon
