Surprised on the South Grove Trail - Calaveras Big Trees

I got a big surprise while hiking the beautiful South Grove Loop of the Calaveras Big Trees. You'll see it toward the end of the hike. I've also included some of my favorite photos of the day at the end of the video. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you for sharing your hike! So beautiful there in the Fall.
I'm usually on edge a little when I walk through forests in the Sierra Nevada too.
You are brave though.
Can't experience that majesty of nature any other way unless one brings buddies along.
