This is just beautiful. I love how in earlier performances of this song, Phoebe would walk towards Julien on the stage, but they wouldn’t acknowledge each other. In this performance, they bring their heads together at first; later, Julien comes and stands closer to Phoebe near the end to sing along. Their love for each other brings me to happy tears, and seeing them perform this song together at MSG really rips at my heartstrings in the purest, most joyful way. Thank you.
