It is unbelievable that the Canadian government prefers to give permanent residence to people who speak French, instead of choosing an engineer or a mathematician who can bring way much more professionalism to the Canadian system....Perhaps the government is thinking that with French they can do better calculations.....BTW I love your videos👍👍
The issue is there are already too many engineers and mathematicians and too little of others. Other problem is most IT Companies are facing budget issues and market revolving around engineers are seeing record unemployment because of saturation. There is something called labor market needs. Maybe you won't like it or not but canada has 22% of its population as francophone which means conducting services in french are a requirement. The so called system was rigged as it was giving advantages only to professionals belonging to specific field despite labor market needs requiring something else. We should be happy that now they are balancing as that's what makes country prosperous. It needs all skilled trades, french speakers and doctors not just engineers.
Hi, my son is in his second year of Software Development Diploma in Calgary. His study will finish in sept 25. Any suggestions either he should try going for field job or should think of going for some short term health or trade course.

I have a Express Entry profile. How should I apply for stem?
STEM has always been super competitive and so many people are there in this category. I think Canada doesn’t really want too many of the STEMs now.
