Wow! Reviewing older episodes. You are amazing- beautiful scenery, fun adventures, techy wheel spinning and wonderful knits. I got to go to places I have only heard about! So fun! Thank you!
Greetings from Ottawa, Jennifer. Thank you for sharing your travels Down East with us. You inspired me to take a cruise of the Maritimes and New England. I enjoy seeing your yarn hauls and hearing your knitting intentions. Please keep sharing your travel and knitting adventures with us.
Thanks for your nice, so warm and interesting video. The white sweater with natural color yarn is so gorgeous 😍 and other yarn what you bought are amazing, especially the red one in conus. I am happy that I find your channel ❤Knitting is my passion, it’s bring me joy in this hard times and calms my nerves 😀👌Watching you from Ukraine, Kyiv👋🏼
Really enjoyed a quiet evening knitting…actually crocheting this time…while watching your recent adventures. I did the Pressed Flowers shawl and so happy with the result. Love your Portia so gorgeous…
Thank you for such a fun and inspiring episode, Jennifer! Love seeing your travel adventures! Your Field Sweater is gorgeous; I may have to make one too!
I’m glad you are more comfortable frogging your knits now. I frogged and remade a cardigan that I had worn several years too big. I also frogged another cardigan and made it into a jumper!
I'm so glad too! I visited Owen Sound this summer for the Cobble Beach car show. (That and your gorgeous yarn store is in my "Good Things Grow in Ontario" episode!)
Thank you so much for the new episode! Portia is a delight, and your style is too! I'm so happy seeing all of your wonderful projects. Portia is already on my list, and Pressed Flowers too. So, I wish you good luck and inspiration! 😊😊🤗❤
Coastal NC here and on this day, 22 Sep we are experiencing a little homebrew tropical storm. They either come off the coast of Africa and travel a great distance or pop up from a low pressure just off the coast. Good day to knit (cooler FINALLY) and bake an apple cake. Working on Alpine Bloom by Caitlin Hunter. It is a great knit. Also have Rift on needles and when one of those is completed I will cast on Kallias cardigan with Woolstok. Happy gall
It makes me laugh whenever someone mentions the "sweater curse." I made my boyfriend not only one sweater, but two! And on the second, one of the sleeves were 4 inches too long. On October 19th we'll be married 32 very happy years!! I am enjoying your podcasts immensely, thank you.
I was so excited when I saw you posted another episode today! Your podcast is delightful - YOU are delightful! (Hope you continue this after your sabbatical ends.) Thank you for sharing your yarny adventures and adding sparkle to the fiber community. (How many yards will you need for Portia in the heavier weight, pls?) Stunner!
Good Morning from Calgary! I just discovered your vlog this morning and am so happy I did. I’ve just subscribed. Your projects are lovely and your knitting is lovely. I have been really wanting to knit the field sweater however I’m just a little bit intimidated by the ‘wheat’! I am a solid intermediate to advanced knitter so it should not be a problem. You are the first podcaster I’ve seen who has knit this sweater so I am wondering if the wheat stitches are really difficult? I’m needing a little boost of courage. I am currently knitting the pressed flowers shawl and a “Barnsley” sweater, and a shrug…..love, love, love knitting. We are planning a trip to Custom Woolen Mills this week as we live in Calgary so it’s probably less than a hour away from us. Have a lovely week. ❤️
Thank you very much! I had such a joyful time knitting the field sweater. It's a pattern that I needed in front of me for all of the grain stitches, as every row is a little different. It's not difficult, but focus is needed to stay on track. May I suggest pointy needles (e.g., Chiagoos, etc.), as many the grains are created by knitting many stitches together at times. if you're knitting colourwork and texture work, which you are, you will love the Field Sweater. Enjoy Custom Woolen Mills for me!
Love your videos on your adventures! So many of your projects are in my queue. And I’m glad you got to visit Green Mountain Spinnery while in Vermont. I live in Stowe 😊 I recently discovered Mont Tricot in Sutton just over the border so if you ever get back to the Eastern Townships, it’s worth a stop in. Maybe I’ll see you in Rhinebeck!
Thank you very much! I would love to visit Mont Tricot. I can't wait for all of the Rhinebeck meet-in-person moments! Looking forward to it sooo much. 😃
A “crochet-“ worded search led me to a _”kitting”_ channel! I am sure that there is a story behind the dropped “n” in the channel name; but I do not understand how this ranked a 3rd-place return on my search. 🤷♂️ Oh, well! Guess I’ll check out the video, anyway.

Your Field Sweater is gorgeous; I may have to make one too!
Thank you! You should make what you are feeling excited to make. The Field Sweater was a joy to knit on and is lovely to wear.
I’m glad you are more comfortable frogging your knits now. I frogged and remade a cardigan that I had worn several years too big. I also frogged another cardigan and made it into a jumper!
That's awesome! I love that knitters can completely reuse the same wool to create an entirely different garment.
So glad to have found you. Hi from Owen Sound.
I'm so glad too! I visited Owen Sound this summer for the Cobble Beach car show. (That and your gorgeous yarn store is in my "Good Things Grow in Ontario" episode!)
Beautiful knits! I will be going to Canada soon :)

I hope you are safe. Outside of the storm, it sounds like you're making the most of it- baking and knitting. Lovely!

What a lovely story! Thank you for sharing. So, perhaps it was your sweater that broke the sweater curse.❤️

You're too kind! I love knitting and I equally love sharing. I only had 3 skeins to work with, so 648 yards/ 594m. It's a mini-version of the shawl.

Did you know that your channel name is wrong? It says Kitting
Oh my goodness! Thank you very much for sharing this. I am so embarrassed! I have made the changes. Thank you! ❤️
