The biggest tip on power washing is to use a hot water jetter, something like a Karcher professional HDS 1000 De CEMO, powered by diesel for both the pump and hot water side. It has much better pressure and the hot water will make using the foam canon SO much easier, with the added benefits of using a twist nozzle to adjust the pressure (for cleaning delicate areas of the truck). They really are a large pressure washer, but worth their time and cost when it comes to cleaning vehicles of all types. I use one in my Grafitti/ Jetter van and wouldn't be without it now!
After washing use a weak mix of snow foam as your clay lube… works outs a lot cheaper than quick detailer. Also knead your clay bar and form it into a flat disc, this makes it more tacky and a bigger surface area which will but the time it take to clay in half
Great job. The gauze inside your foam cannon is probably oxidised. You can research videos on TH-cam on how to remove it and clean it with ipa solution. I tend to run clear water through mine after use. I have the kranzle tst 1152 and reel set up your thinking off. It makes life so much easier. The kranzles are bulletproof. A little expensive but again you get what you pay for. 👍

Hi mate. Just a quick one from a fellow trucker. Unless your tfr foam is something different. You really shouldn’t brush tfr. It kills the finish of the paint!!!
Just a recommendation - Autosmart do a clay cloth which is worth a look at. Also your local franchisee from Autosmart will keep you right with a good foam cannon. Great video!

As a Volvo truck owner i understand you well how you take care about your truck. One detail spotted in your video. Why you don't have plastics pads on fift wheel? No lubricant and no mess around. When i do wash on my truck and trailer it's take ages.
Owning a truck at this time is it good idea ? I am planing to get one but look at the fuel price is going up crazy . Maybe I will just stick around with the company till everything become more stable. Love your truck good video 👏🙌

After polishing the tanks once would you have to polish them every time or just once
