    Also at transonic velocities yawning is fairly common and may have induced the flip

    The extra velocity could be a factor. The factory load is 1050fps. The factory load of this bullet is the only 300Blk commercial load that meets FBI standards. I have taken 3 deer and 7 pigs with this factory load. All were shot at 45 yards or less. All one shot kills. There was no sign of tumbling on any exit wounds.

    Could you load some in 308 around 2,700 FPS and shoot the ballistic block?

      @@Engb3259 I’ve got a big “to shoot” list in front of me but I’ll try to get to it eventually. Lol
      Those velocities char the inside of the gel blocks really bad too so I’ll wait till my gel blocks are almost gone then try some 😉

    Hornady use to be the gold standard but I’m not impressed

      I did another loading earlier this weekend, pulling it down to sub velocities. I’m still on the fence with my overall call on it though….
