We’re actually helping a nonprofit design a new fundraising program-an employee giving program-and it’s the exact same as you’ve illustrated here. In other words, we take the “resources needed” and break it down like a mini program. Great information!

How do you get a board to fundraise to start a first program when they feel nobody will give to a new organization? Funding the startup budget has been a challenge!

Hey there! :) You need a board of directors with unrelated people - the IRS will consider it a red flag if a board has only 1 member or members that are related by family or business.
I need help to write a program that I can presentation it to the city ? I'm new and be at it for 3years with no grant or budget fro the city and state.
Hey there! I would recommend you google city grants for nonprofits in your city - many cities have them! Then you can look at their grant applications and determine what questions you need to answer.

I was searching the web for answers on how to start a program similar to AA but not for alcoholism. I don’t know where to begin. I am just one person with one idea to benefit the mental health of police officers. Is there any way to run my idea by you and maybe you could guide me in the right direction??
