They don't make this kind of music anymore. Hope there will be revival in future.
I grew up watching them play and practice and even fight. They're from Orogwe in owerri west local government area of Imo state. Many are dead now but the leader Bob Wire is still alive but old now. He played the lead guitar and still plays. They were mostly brothers but Imo Chuks the drummer was from Amakohia Ubi in Owerri west local government too. We loved and adored them so much. Later, the broke up a splinter group answered Mbaukwu brother band. They recorded about 2 albums but never prosperd like original band. Bob can still play at your events uf invuted,doing these popular songs with some boys. I love them.
