The Anubhav guy was right. You really need to find the balance between being strict and being loose gen, take Zane for example, he's pretty strict to his other btk members which causes him to get flamed by the community but at the same time his team still remains a pretty competitive and organized team because of that strictness of his. I wouldn't really recommend the Mobazane type of mindset since you guys are still rising back up the ranks where you once we're back in the M1 days and you don't wanna shock your team members in your sudden change of attitude. I really think the loose team management was one of the reasons that gosu died in the first place.
You also don't wanna be too loose since it ends up with the team not training for tourneys. I really think the loose aww
What I suggest is just the right balance of strict and loose where you don't pressure your members too much but you still motivate them in training for matches.
Also take care of your physical and mental health gen, I along with many of your fans don't wanna see a sad general

I want to also add, maybe your recruitment requirements are not doing you any favors? You need a recommendation from others, but if you're getting recommendations from now ex members their recommendations will end with the new player also leaving.
I would suggest trying a new way of recruitment. Maybe even have the new recruit sending in examples of ranked gameplay. And then you can try playing a few games with them ranked. If it goes good, then you can put them on a "probationary" period until they can join. That way they don't join and disappoint by leaving. Whatever you decide I just hope Gosu comes back and flourishes. I need a Gosu tournament win in my life :)
