thanks, I have two questions if you can explain to me please, first one I see that spearos use constant weights which I believe on the belt but what about the variable weights some time I can see it holding it in their hands but sometimes not so where it is? second question is to the doctor the what is the salutation to these problems when you have thick nasal discharge?
