Dio was able to use time stop way better. Dio was able to make the limit steadily go up, and would have been eventually infinite to whenever he wanted time to resume. Not to mention Dio could also spam it way more than Jotaro, as we can see with Polnareff and Senator Philips. If Jotaro could use it as good as that, Pucci would be done for.

Dio was able to use time stop way better. Dio was able to make the limit steadily go up, and would have been eventually infinite to whenever he wanted time to resume. Not to mention Dio could also spam it way more than Jotaro, as we can see with Polnareff and Senator Philips. If Jotaro could use it as good as that, Pucci would be done for.

Emporio had no other option but to go in Burning Down The House, and did so because of fate, however, that did not apply to Pucci. Emporio broke the loop when taking out the Heavy Weather stand DISC and inserting it into himself. He then killed Pucci, fully breaking the loop.
