I, Swati Jagdish, aka Maya's Amma has been in the field of lactation, postpartum, mental &, sexuality health and social work for 10 years since the birth of my daughter Maya. Though i have been creating content on social media for all these years, the idea of a podcast was simmering in my heart for close to 3 years. It's only now I got the fire to bring it into fruition. In this episode i have my bestie Gotha haripriya, parenting coach asking me important questions about How i got to have the name 'Maya's Amma', my childhood, what i am intending to do with the podcast, it's future etc..

Learning and Unlearning is so much healing for me Swati Mukherjee & Swati Jagdish this new podcast aka long content is like the fresh air we breathe in! When u paused & had lump in throat while narrating about your childhood health, I too felt a lump as my irregular heavy clotty periods too has stolen my fun from school life! I still as a 30 year old get dreams of my schooling days 😔
