Nice, another Sega style device! With 4 face buttons and 2 sticks this time. The D-pad looks comfortable and well suited for fighting games. I already have an Anbernic ARC (it's Sega style as well), maybe I buy this one for games where you need analog sticks.
I think its a pretty interesting form! I have a broken gamegear i should fix, but i did always know it was a comfy handheld for sure I think this would he that for sure!
Just ordered mine, love the form factor and the nostalgia rush this device brings as Game Gear kid growing up :) Not sure I’ll use it for more than 16-bit and earlier gaming, seems perfect for my needs. Also want to modify it slightly to more closely resemble an OG Game Gear (Blue menu button, change one led colour, etc…)
@@greensun1334 Exactly, well said. I also noticed that on AliExpress sometimes Game Kiddy products are labeled as _GKD_ So maybe the Chinese get the concept too. Now I'm wondering if a GKD version of the Bubble will appear. I'd probably buy it.
Big sega fan looking forward to this. But the bezel is absolutely brutal. Could have been so clean and sleek. And why does every company try to cram two analogs on a device where everyone's playing games that maybe use 1.They really missed the mark with this one given all the potential.
@@dogsauce19 agreed, I am actually gonna try to find a way to remove this or replace the glass bezel entirely. Maybe even change the lights to match game gear red, green, blue.. I'll make it as close to a game gear as possible 😏
I love having the logo there, honestly wish there was more writing on the front, if they wanted to make it more like the Game Gear they should have "Portable Video Game System" written on the top right. Too many consoles now look so bland and boring, and when we get some different ones like this or the GameForce Chi, people will say it sucks, I don't get it lol.
the least u could do is have something besides a accorn chip..oh thats right all the games u are emulating are under true 8bit well segas one is 16bit ,and 2bit graphics so yeah go figure.
@@RGhandheldswas the dirt under the glass? Hopefully it wasn't the case and it was just on the surface, because things like debris beneath the glass would tell us a lot about their manufacturing/assembling circumstances and quality control...

I actually love that big black bezel - such a nostalgic shape. If they release a blue one it'll be a day 1 buy.
Their showcase vid showed a list of all the colors that it'll come in but there's no confirmation about it or any info.

The Game Kiddy Bezel simply kills it for me. Screen should be 4", but anyway. Maybe Anbernic copies the design and makes it more decent.

I think it's to early, and this one was just a test product for quick reviews. Maybe in a week or two it's ready for the official market.

How do I change the language for the games? Everything else is English but when I try to go to the the game selection it’s in Chinese or Japanese?
