The thing is he lived over 20 years even though they said he stopped taking medication nobody would live that long. most of them die 3 to 4 years later. He died of multiple organ failure which is the same thing a lot of bodybuilders die from the uses of steroids and his excessive use of drugs.

Untreated HIV in average takes ten years to turn into AIDS, but some people progress straight to AIDS, while very few "Long-Term Non-Progressors" (LTNP) has lived more than 30 years without reaching AIDS.
And WITH medication, in time, most people will not progress to AIDS at all.

@xilix He tested NEGATIVE, numerous times. It was on when he fought J. Castle - his first time after retirement. He was tested by California Athletic commision. There is probably no other guy who was tested so many times, and had to provide tests. They had to show it to castle and his management, the CSAC official was on site - so i don't know what you're talking about. There is even a video of him going for the tests. He tested negative probably over 10 times now. It's loads of people like him
