@@minneappledan do you know if a small rig nato rail will fit in place of the tilta nato rail on the top of the cage? It does on the V1 of the cage but not sure if it still fits in the v2.. thanks!
I checked to see if the Tilta V1 nato top plate would fit with the Tilta V2 cage and it does, but just barely. It looks like the V1 nato top plate is about a millimeter larger than the V2 nato top plate. So if the smallrig nato rail is the same size or small then the v1 nato rail, it should work. Hope this helps!
Start by screwing in the left side-arm first, but don’t tighten it down all the way. Then screw in the right side-arm, but don’t tighten it down all the way. Then tighten down the screw on the baseplate, but don’t tighten it down all the way. Finally, tighten down the screws the rest of the way starting with the left-side arm, then right-side arm, then baseplate. As long as you’re not taking the cage on and off all the time the problem isn’t that bad. If your constantly testing cages like me, it can get frustrating really quickly. Thanks, hope this helps.
wish all gear reviews were this informative and straightforward!
Thank you!

Sorry, so what's the solution for the left arm problem?
