That's not talent, that's skill. Talent implies they can do this naturally. It usually takes a few years to learn how to do 3D animation like this as well as a team working on lighting, modelling and all the other complicated programs required to make an animated short.

So many of the various shorts I've seen could be made into movies. Not just because the animation is good, which it is, but the storytelling. In just a very few minutes, they tell you an entire story. With writing like that, a movie would do very well. You really don't need million-dollar effects; good stories will carry a movie very far indeed.
