We are nearing the end of season 2023, man it flew past. It seems like the other week Nate was preparing all the vehicles, trucks, concrete buggy etc for this season.
I’ve sincerely enjoyed watching your content since I discovered you about 6 months ago. I’ve watched every upload since then. You are a kind and genuine person (not to mention naturally funny) and you treat your employees with respect and generosity regularly. I’m sure we don’t agree on all things politics but I don’t consider that alone to be a reason to boycott good people and their content. Thank you for the positivity you bring to the world.
There can't be too many feelings better than pulling up to the new yard, knowing that it is YOURS, and remembering all the years of hard work, sweat, tears, fights, trials and concrete mountains left on the form truck that went into accomplishing that was well worth it. Happy for you Ryan! Keep up the amazing work. We appreciate it.

Little Ray seems like an asset. He is not afraid to work and knows how to do many things. He is definitely not Buggs but he is a close second. He seems to get along well with the others.

I'm a disabled veteran. I've been unable to find a job and supervisor that can accommodate my needs and make me feel safe at work. I really wish I could learn a trade job from someone like you. After watching so many of your jobs, I can say that I would feel safe and supported on your crew.

They’re beginning to get dedicated jobs and using the skid loader more often, it makes it smoother. More responsibility on them means less for Ryan. Good having a singing operator around….Regrading is done!

As happy as it makes me to hear Ryan say one of his classic sayings like "Concrete's Here" or "Eeeeeasy Money", I like to hear Francisco's "Yes Sirrr". It puts a smile on my face. As for Eric, it's his laugh that always makes me smile. If you can listen to his laugh and not smile, then you're already pretty much done for, haha. His laugh is 100% joyful and it's refreshing to be around/watch someone like that. Even when he's in a "bad mood", it seems pretty easy to get him smiling. It's been good getting to know the guys on the crew a little bit as the seasons go by. I'm wondering if Big Ray is coming back next season? Carlito and Little Ray seem like good additions too. Winter project ideas….teach Big Ray how to work concrete! Setup a 5 x 5 pad and in the shop and teach him how to use all the tools, so he can be a better asset to your team!
Use the breaker on the skid steer. Wrap a strop around the bar then the tree. Run it a little while and then you'll be able to shake all the leaves before you start the job.😊

Float the leaves in, tell the customer they’re fossils, and you usually charge extra for them! 🤦♂️🤣 That driver that left the mess on the street needs to be written up, if we left a mess like that it was days off unpaid.
