I was thinking today the same thing I got so much stuff that i definitely don't need to buy anything else but need to sell some lol. And i have sold some on Market Place just running out of space ❤

I think the step back looks good with the dishes stacked up. That is how I decorate with mine.

You could put the blue plates as a stack on the bottom shelf with 1 stack under the left and 1 stack under the right...adding blue to that shelf.

I give you alot of credit not shopping. Its hard ! I had no car for months and I had withdrawal lol
