Using the July Foil of the Month for an All-Occasion Card with Caitlin

You all voted and the Foil of the Month won by a landslide so tonight we will be breaking out the Mini Minc! We will be creating a foiled background (and you know that means we will use the reverse image to make a bonus background) and adding some colored elements to make a very sweet any-occasion card.
