Oooooooooh man, does this ever bring back memories! This game holds a very special place in my heart. It was, as far as I remember, the first 3D platformer I ever played. Before this, I had only ever played sidescrollers or simple point & click games. I had played and loved Bugs Bunny & Lola Bunny on Game Boy Color, so when I saw this on the shelf at the video rental store, I practically had to beg my mom to rent it for me. Now, for the first year or so that I had my PS1, I didn't have any memory cards for it, so I couldn't save my progress. I had to leave the system on overnight just so I wouldn't run the risk of losing my progress. This game was pretty much the reason why my parents bought memory cards for my PS1. I've played this game so much that I know everything about it by heart. The layouts of every level. How every music track goes. Every single line of dialogue. I even know all the game's little quirks, like how certain animations or voice clips change depending on where you are. This is one of my favorite games of all time, and I absolutely adore it to pieces. Happy 20th anniversary, Bugs Bunny & Taz: Time Busters!
I have a similar experience. One of my all time favorite games, it just hasn't got much attention due to the fact that it was released around the same time as the PS2.
So trippy how for ages you remember snippets of games. They're like these weird memories you have but don't think about much and never really act on. Finally found that memory here. 38:00 . That part with the lava. Was always so trippy growing up remembering you played a looney tunes game with that in but not knowing what it was. Now I do. Anyone else?
What a sensational game when I was a kid. Thank you for uploading! Random nostalgia brought me here like Tweety was in my head ("Over here, come over heeya!")
When I was a kid this seemed like the biggest hardest game my small mind could ever imagine, even my mum remembers how hard we both found this game lol
grabbing all the gears looked kinda tedious, but i imagine it would be good to relax while playing this somethin' about these PS1 platformers always makes me a lil' sad for some reason
I remember when i played this game on ps1, there was a music played at startup before the main menu, guess it wasn't an original copy but i still look for that music if any one have any idea
I have a bug. Can't get 100%, I'm stuck in 99%. Only have 475 cogs in Elmer's Domain. Played the level 3 or 4 times, and even watched some videos where all 500 are caught. I'm not missing anything. I guess I bugged out when I got a 25 cog. But didn't notice it and saved after, thinking I had missed something. Now I can't have 100%. Did this happen to anyone yet?
I had this thing where in one place I was missing a cog and in the same time in other place I had one cog more than I should have. (I don't remember exact numbers but it was something like 475/500 and 510/500?) EDIT: I had too many in Aztec location and I was missing some in Arabia
