    Good video bud as wee both know these wee tips can be priceless for tyers and not just newer ones. As we are all taught differently 👍

      There is so much to learn man. Different tiers have different techniques. My methods may be a little different sometimes but they work.... most of the time 😆

      Good morning Ken! Thank you for being such a supporter of the channel. Its always nice seeing your comments! Rushing things causes mistakes and lost or forgotten info that could be important.

    I was wonderign if wetting and reshaping crests would work and you just answered that for me! Thank you! I was thinking of using a pint glass for ease and to get a nice curve on them! 🙂

    Awesome, what thread are you using?

    • @flytyingwithrichlamonte
      @flytyingwithrichlamonte  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I almost exclusively use Veevus. Anywhere from 12/0 to 18/0. On some occasions ill use semperfli nanosilk, some others I use 54 Dean's St silk thread for a more classic feel. I guess it depends on what im tying.

      Check out the description section of the video there is a list of suppliers I use. Feathersmc.com is the best for GP heads and crest, gp tails, seals fur, hackle, and Amherst heads/tails.
